Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Automotive Program/School preferred
- A minimum of one (1) year automotive repair experience, desired; or a combination of education and experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance required
- Dealership experience preferred but not required
- Quinn Motors is willing to train the right candidate - Any GM dealer experience is a plus not a must

Conduct
- Maintains high ethical standards in all actions
- Maintains assigned workspace organized and clean
- Experience and working knowledge in an automotive service environment.
- Experience and working knowledge of automotive repair.
- Experience repairing and maintaining vehicle wheel and suspension angles.
- Knowledge of or experience working with mechanical systems, machines and tools.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Experience performing various types of maintenance, specifically motorized vehicle maintenance.
- Operates and maintains in good condition all lubrication equipment
- Knowledge of or experience working with automotive diagnostics.
- Determine causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it
- Experience inspecting, repairing and/or replacing tires.
- Checks tire pressures and add air, as needed
- Rotates tires and inspects brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs
- Experience changing the oil in engines.
- Performing oil changes on guest vehicles
- Inspecting oil, cabin, air filters, and vehicle fluid levels and replaces or replenishes as necessary
- Skill or experience safely lifting and moving heavy objects while preventing injury, either alone or with a teammate.
- Knowledge of or experience using hand-powered tools
- Assists the service department as needed
- Documents all work performed on repair order and inspection sheet
