              Otis Zanders is retiring as Warden at the Minnesota Correctional Facility. Otis is being honored for his outstanding service on September 29 from 1-3:30PM, with a program at 3PM, during an Open House at Centennial Hall. “It is with much sadness and appreciation MCF-RW bids a fond farewell to Warden Otis Zanders as he retires.” We wish Otis some well deserved relaxation and a very fulfilling retirement.
