Veteran’s Day Activities
Associated Bank Honors Active Duty & Veteran Military Personnel—Associated Bank is collecting personal hygiene products through November 18 to send to the VA Hospital in Minneapolis. Items the VA Hospital is in need of include: Shampoo, Conditioner, Deodorant, Tooth Brushes, Dental Floss, Mouth Wash, Shaving Cream, Toothpaste, Bar Soap/Body Wash, Disposable Razors, Lotions, and Finger Nail Clippers (travel sizes, please). Items may be dropped off at either the Main Bank (222 Bush Street) or their drive-through location (4TH & Bush Streets).
Red Wing YMCA Military Family Month & Veterans Day Open Hours—The Red Wing Family YMCA is opening their doors on November 11 to all veterans and their families for FREE (with valid ID). The purpose of the YMCA Veteran's Day Open House is to let our military heroes, both those who have served previously and those currently serving, know how much they are cherished.
Perkin’s Restaurant & Bakery—Veterans receive a FREE Magnificent Seven® on Veterans Day. Just present your military I.D. or proof of service. Perkins is located at 812 Withers Harbor Drive.
Veteran’s Day Specials at Treasure Island Resort & Casino
Free Buffet for Veterans—11AM-2PM & 4-10PM—All veterans are invited to a free buffet on Veterans Day for your service and sacrifice. Please stop by the Island Passport Club with proof of your military service to receive you voucher.
Veteran’s Day Multiplier—Veterans and active members of the military will receive a special bonus 10X slot point multiplier from noon-8PM on Veterans Day.
Veteran’s Day Bingo Cheap Seats—Honor veterans with a bingo! Special Cheap Seats matinee session. Admission Packs will be $18 with $300 payouts on all regular games.
