              Are you currently serving on a nonprofit board but have never been through board training? Or perhaps you have never served on a nonprofit board and would like to learn more before you join one.

              Board and Staff Relations—This session will cover:
              • The board's role in supporting the Executive Director
              • The Executive Director’s role in encouraging effective governance
              • Volunteer hat vs. board hat - how do you effectively make the transition
              • Executive Director and board evaluations - why you should be doing them.
