Mayor Candidates:
Akheem Brown; Sean M. Dowse; Kevin Serres; and David Harris. Incumbent Dan Bender is not seeking re-election.
City Council Candidates:
Ward 3 & 4: Evan T. Brown; Glen F. Witham; and Ernest W. Stone.
Ward 2: John P. Becker; Adam Matthew Gettings; and Gregory D. Boek.
There will not be a primary election for Ward 1, which has two candidates. Kim Beise, (elected in a special election this Spring to complete Jason Sebion’s term); and Thomas Day.
Goodhue County Candidates:
District 3: Todd Angelstad; and Byron “Barney” Nesseth. Incumbent Dan Rechtzigel is not seeking re-election. District 3 covers the townships of Warsaw, Holden, Wanamingo, Kenyon, Cherry Grove, Roscoe, Pine Island, and Dennison.
District 5: Incumbent Ted Seifert; and Paul Drotos
District 1: Incumbent Ron Allen, is sole candidate
Other Local Races
Minnesota House District 21A: Lisa Bayley; and Barb Haley. Incumbent Tim Kelly is not seeking re-election.
Minnesota House District 21B: Incumbent Steve Drazkowski; and Elise Diesslin
