The Phantoms Motor/Model Club, in cooperation with Red Wing Downtown Main Street, is sponsoring a Father’s Day Car Show on Third Street in downtown Red Wing on June 21 featuring trucks, tractors & pickups. The theme is, "America Works." Show hours are 10AM-3PM. Dash plaques will be awarded to the first 200 cars. This show is free to participants and spectators. Please bring food items for the Red Wing Area Food Shelf. Cash donations will also be accepted. Awards will be given for the Wildest, Hottest, Hippest, Grooviest, Club Choice, Kids Choice, Family Choice and others. They will feature a Make & Take Model project to the first 175 youth (under 15) at no charge by the Sheldon Theatre (443 West Third Street). Hiawatha Valley Pilots Chapter of EAA will have a special exhibit with an airplane fuselage, motor on a stand and an instrument panel.
