Plans are underway to offer a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Red Wing at Minnesota State College – Southeast Technical. St. Mary’s University of Minnesota is partnering with Southeast Technical to offer an evening accelerated program on the Red Wing campus geared toward the needs of working adults who want to complete a bachelor’s degree.
