Certified MNSure Navigators from Three Rivers and the CARE Clinic will be available to answer questions, review health care coverage options, and assist with health care coverage enrollment through MNSure. Bring social security numbers and birth dates for all household members; current income statements for all sources of income; and information about any insurance that you or your spouse is offered through your employer including name of employer, amount of premium and deductible and EIN.
