CARE Clinic, Three Rivers Community Action, and the Workforce Development Center will be offering a MNSure Enrollment Event on January 13 from 1:30PM-4:30PM at the Workforce Center, located at 1606 West 3rd Street, Red Wing. Appointments preferred – please call 651-385-6402 to make an appointment. Certified MNSure Navigators from Three Rivers and the CARE Clinic will be available to answer questions, review health care coverage options, and assist with health care coverage enrollment through MNSure. Bring social security numbers and birth dates for all household members; current income statements for all sources of income; and information about any insurance that you or your spouse is offered through your employer including name of employer, amount of premium and deductible and EIN.
