You are invited to a Minnesota Great River Road Regional Meeting on Friday, September 23, 10AM-11:30AM at Red Wing Ignite. The Minnesota Mississippi River Parkway Commission (MN-MRPC) convenes these regional meetings periodically to share Great River Road updates, gather input and ideas from the region and elect a citizen Commissioner to represent your region on the Commission. Sheronne Mulry is your current Commissioner and has noted intent to run for another term. Other interested individuals are welcome and encouraged to apply as well. Applications for the Regional Commissioner position are now being accepted. A position description is attached, along with an application form. If you’re interested, please send the completed application by September 16. A summary of candidates and ballots will be ready for your consideration on September 23.
The MN-MRPC holds four quarterly meetings each year.
