Join the Humane Society’s Fifth Annual Walk-a-thon on May 11 from 10AM-2PM at Colvill Park. Listen to presentations by local trainers and veterinarians, a K-9 agility demonstration and craft and storytelling programs for children and pets. Local artist Janeanna Rivera will be drawing pet portraits. Proceeds from the event will help renovate kennels and replace the heating and cooling system at the shelter.
