Effective Monday, March 14, 2016 Goodhue County Health and Human Services will be operational and open for customers in the renovated HHS Building (Citizens Building) at 426 West Avenue. All GCHHS services and staff will be moving to one location. This will bring all the HHS divisions – Social Services, Public Health, Economic Assistance and HHS Finance/IT to one location. The WIC program will move from the Colvill Family Center to the HHS Building effective Monday, March 28, 2016. This will be the GCHHS permanent location with office hours remaining the same, 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The mission of Goodhue County Health and Human Services is to “Promote, Strengthen and Protect the Health of Individuals, Families, and Communities.” The department has four divisions: Social Services, Public Health, Economic Assistance, and HHS Finance/IT.
