Heart disease is the No.1 killer of women, amounting to 500,000 women lost every year. To dispel the myths and raise awareness of heart disease as the number one killer of women, the American Heart Association created Go Red For Women -- a passionate, emotional, social initiative designed to empower women to take charge of their heart health.
Let's all wear red on Friday, Feb. 4 to show our support for women, heart health awareness and the American Heart Association.
