'Festa Del Ringraziamento" Cooking Class with Chef Antonio

Bring an Italian twist to your Thanksgiving celebrations, or any special gathering of family and friends. Italians are experts in Feasts, especially one that revolves around food. During this cooking class you'll learn to make traditional Italian courses to celebrate Thanksgiving, or any special gathering. Together, we will prepare:

Torta di Riso ai Funghi Porcini (Mushroom Rice Pie)
Petto d’Anatra Ripieno (Stuffed Duck)
Cavolini e Prosciutto (Brussel Sprouts with Prosciutto)
Monte Bianco ai Canditi (Mascarpone Cream with Candied Fruit)

Join us for a pre-class social hour at Sala del Vino, where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Class will begin promptly–please be on time. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the evening.

This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers.

* A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
