Chef Antonio Teaches 'Pastas & Sauces'

Get ready to experience the wine and food of Villa Bellezza in a whole new way! We invite you to join us on a culinary tour of Italy at our new Education Center. Through a series of cooking classes, you’ll discover the food and wine of the region with Villa Bellezza Chef, Antonio Cecconi, as your guide and instructor.

During 'Pastas and Sauces', you’ll be making three types of pasta from scratch, accompanied by the three Italian Mother Sauces. And because great food tastes even better when accompanied by great wine, you’ll sample Chef Antonio’s food and wine pairings throughout the session. Chef Antonio is excited to share his skill and expertise with you, a few of his mother’s recipes, as well as his love for his homeland.
