This workshop is designed to provide participants with information on how to identify their current cash flow and how to project the future cash flow of their business. This workshop will be instructed by Rick Indrelie, a Small Business Development Consultant (SBDC) and certified Economic Development Finance Professional. Topics covered include: Identifying your business’s current cash flow; ways to increase your company’s cash flow; how inventory affects your cash flow; how equipment purchases/leases affect cash flow; and how to plan for cash flow while expanding product lines and company expansions.
