              On May 12, for Mother’s Day, Oasis Eatery at Nesbitt’s Nursery will feature Author Beth Dooley for a book signing from 1:30-3:30 PM! Beth’s newest cookbook, The Northern Heartland Kitchen, has awesome recipes and also shows the value of buying local and cooking seasonally. Oasis Eatery will be sampling four of Beth’s recipes, which will be prepared in their kitchen, and vendors will be available to talk about what they grow, was well as how they grow and raise their products!
