The day begins with a Pancake Breakfast at the Elks Club 7-10AM; Local Live Music on Stage 3PM-9PM at intersection of 3rd & Bush Street; Community Caroling at 4PM at Christ Episcopal Church; Free Chili 4:30PM downtown; Live Penguins 3—6:30PM in Cardinal Building and display of previous Holiday Stroll posters; Live Nativity Performances every half hour starting at 5PM in front of Christ Episcopal Church; Santa & Mrs. Claus 3PM-6:30PM; Horse Drawn Wagon Rides and Live Reindeer and Sleigh Rides 3PM--6:30PM downtown; Festival of Trees 2—7PM at St. James Hotel 5th Floor; Auction at 8PM; Cookie Decorating at Hanisch Bakery; Fireworks at 6:50PM; Lighting Ceremony & Lighted Parade 7pm Bush Street to 3rd Street; and many refreshments, specials and giveaways at many downtown stores; 2013 Handpainted Holiday Stroll ornaments (limited supply) available at Bella Casa Interiors during the Stroll; Two Windows of Gifts this year, showcased in windows at former Staghead Restaurant--win by either registering at all participating merchants or purchasing a Holiday Stroll button! Don’t forget to purchase your Holiday Stroll Buttons to support this event AND because you could win $300 if you own a button and find the hidden medallion (medallion Hunt began November 23), or you could win the Window of Gifts. Holiday Stroll buttons are available at the Chamber office and many other businesses downtown.
Also coming up is the Bed & Breakfast Holiday Tour, Saturday, December 7, 12PM—4PM—Tickets $12 in advance, $15 at the door. Tickets are available at the Chamber office and other locations.
