Ethos Training Club is looking for coaches who are passionate about movement, strength, and helping people build confidence through intentional training.
We are a functional strength and conditioning gym focused on quality coaching, movement education, community, and long-term health — not just hard workouts for the sake of sweating.
Position Details:
- coaching 1 hr group classes
- arrive 10 minutes before class stars
- stay 5-10 minutes after class to clean up and connect with members
- part time coaching with the opportunity to build a full-time flexible schedule with training outside of classes
- $30/hr
- free gym membership included
We are looking for coaches who:
- communicate clearly and confidently
- value movement quality and proper mechanics
- can lead a room while still making members feel seen and encouraged
- are willing to learn and coach within the Ethos framework and philosophy
- bring professionalism, humility and consistency
Requirements:
- must carry your own liability insurance
- must be willing to shadow current coaches for 1-2 months while onboarding and learning our systems, coaching style, and class flow
Certifications:
- not required but strongly recommended certifications that promptly real coaching skill and movement understanding : StrongFirst, MovNat, Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Movement or strength coaching education, and other hands-on, practical coaching systems
