Café Responsibilities (Stoneware Café – 2nd Floor):
- Prep and plate our homemade food recipes while ensuring freshness and quality
- Brew coffee, serve Stockholm Pie, and provide warm, attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards (ServSafe certification preferred, or willing to obtain)
- Help create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for all guests
- Greet and assist customers with knowledge about our locally made goods from Minnesota and Wisconsin
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization while at work
- Restock shelves and maintain inviting, well-organized product displays
- Support the merchandising and visual presentation of the store
- Move between floors during shifts as needed, mainly staying in Bordertown Made to greet our customers
- Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude every day
- Be adaptable and enjoy a variety of daily tasks
