    Job Description

    Position Opening: Assistant Voucher Manager

    Hours per week: 32-40 hours per week

    Salary Range: $23.35 to $33.15

    Hiring Range: $24.34 to $26.27 DOQ

     

    Benefits: Employee will be eligible for all HRA benefits as a full-time employee- Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Family Medical Leave – 97% paid by employer, Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance – 100% paid by employer, Health Savings – up to $4,600 paid by employer, 401a Retirement – 8% employer match, Vacation – 80 hours minimum, 12 paid sick days and 13 paid holiday days.

    Position Summary: The Assistant Voucher Manager, under the supervision of the Housing Director, provides for the efficient operation of the agency’s voucher programs.

    Essential Duties Include: Ensure the efficient and successful operation of the agency’s Housing Choice Voucher Program, Bridges Program, and other voucher programs. The full Job Description is part of this Vacancy Announcement.

    Licensing Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to secure a Housing Choice Voucher Rent Certification and Housing Quality Standards Certification within 18 months of hire date (training and test provided by HRA).
