              Join the Red Wing Area Manufacturers Association at their Virtual Leadership Strategies in Manufacturing event which features a fabulous keynote speaker and panel discussion. Keynote speaker is Tony Uphoff, President & CEO, Thomas. Tony will talk about, “The Future of Manufacturing is Here. Now.” Uphoff will discuss what’s driving the future of manufacturing, the importance of data driven strategies and how this might be the single largest opportunity for North American manufacturers in 70 years. Tony Uphoff is President and CEO of Thomas, the parent company of Thomasnet.com: the leading platform for product sourcing and supplier selection for the Industrial and Manufacturing markets. His career in business information has given him a ring side seat for every major technology transformation of the last 25 years. Tony regularly speaks on the digital transformation of business and the overarching impact technology is having on business management and leadership. In addition to his role at Thomas, Tony also serves as an advisor and board member of several tech and media companies as well as a mentor at Mucker Labs and a Trustee of Linfield College.
               
              This event will also feature 4 panelists from local manufacturing organizations including: Karl Von Knobelsdorff, Knobelsdorff; Andy Schulz, 3M Fall Protection; Sonya Prange, Intek Plastics; and Joel Wittenbraker, MacTech. The panelists will discuss leadership practices they have been leaning on during COVID, marketing and business development changes, budgeting and planning for 2021 and more!
