YMCA Offers LiveStrong Program LiveStrong—5-6:30PM (every Tuesday and Thursday for twelve weeks). The YMCA is currently accepting applications for LiveStrong at the YMCA program. This is a twelve week, evidenced based, wellness program for Cancer Survivors 18 years of age or older. The program is free and available to everyone in the community.
