September 18--Walk into Local History : Back Alley Tour--10-11:30AM--Explore the history of downtown Red Wing through the lens of the alleys of modern Red Wing that still tell stories of the past today. In these locations there are remnants and clues that tell a colorful story and the past of Red Wing still today. Learn about series of fires in 1876 that reshaped how the .downtown looks today and learn how the Jordan Creek shaped early buildings in the area. Meet at John Rich Park and wear comfortable shoes.
