              It's time to see an almost-final draft of the 2040 Community Plan and give your feedback. Think plans aren't exciting? Well, think again. This is all about the town where you live (or work), and it directly shapes decisions to come. Come to the lower level of the Public Library on Thursday, November 29, between 5 and 7 p.m. to see what you and the rest of the community have said about how to make Red Wing's future healthy and vibrant. Then give your feedback before the plan is finalized. The 20-year plan outlines community data, goals, actions, and priorities in 10 different categories including the Economy, Housing, Getting Around, Lifelong Learning, Arts and Culture, Parks and Recreation, and much more.
