'Fresh Catch on the Grill' Demonstration Cooking Class with Chef Antonio Cecconi

Villa Bellezza Winery has reopened the cooking school--OUTSIDE--next to the Chef's garden!

No need to travel abroad for a taste of the islands. Fire up the grill and get ready to make fresh seafood prepared as they do on the islands off of Italy. You'll be learning from the expert--Our own Chef Antonio is from the Italian island of Sardinia.

The menu for this demonstration cooking class includes:

• Trote Alla Milanese (Breaded Trout with white wine sauce)
• Spiedini de Gamberi (Shrimp and Scallop Kabobs)
• Filetto di Persico Alla Griglia (Herbed Walleye Fillets)
• Salmone Al Pesto (Large Salmon with Pesto Marinade)
• Frullato allo Zabaione (Fresh Fruit Semifreddo with Sweet Wine)

As you progress through each course, you will taste samples of each dish! Plan to join us for a pre-session social hour at 5pm with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and Chef Antonio's Gran Piatto Misto! Wine will also be available for purchase. Enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during the session, or purchase bottles to take home.

Rain or shine--the class will go on! Should the forecast require it, we'll be holding our class under our Vineyard Pavilion! Masks will be worn and social distancing will be maintained between tables for two. This session is $80/person.

*Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
