With gardens and farmers markets bursting with the season's bounty, Chef Antonio's next cooking class, 'Cooking with Italian Herbs', will feature these ingredients. The menu he has planned for this experience will include Tomato-Basil Bruschetta, Angel-hair Pasta with Basil Pesto, Marinated Herb Chicken, Venetian-style Colored Squash, and Watermelon with Feta and Mint.
