              Learn to make pizza just like the ones served at il Forno! Chef Antonio will reveal his simple secrets that produce a versatile dough to make you a pro pizza maker. Stretch and air-toss your dough for the perfect crust, then top and finish your own pizza creation in the il Forno wood-fired oven. Using a wood-fired oven is an experience of its own!

              ABOUT COOKING CLASSES AT VILLA BELLEZZA: Get ready to experience the wine and food of Villa Bellezza in a whole new way! We invite you to join us on a culinary tour of Italy at our new Education Center. Through a series of cooking classes, you will discover the food and wine of the region with Villa Bellezza Chef, Antonio Cecconi, as your guide and instructor.

              Chef Antonio is excited to share his skill and expertise with you, a few of his mother's recipes, as well as his love for his homeland. This is your opportunity to eat your way across Italy!
