“At Your Service”Customer Service Workshop—March 26—1PM-5PM!-FULL Sargent’s Nurseries and the Red Wing Chamber are teaming up to bring a professional Customer Service Training seminar to Red Wing! We’ve heard from our members that they really wanted an intensive seminar focused on all aspects of customer service and we believe we’ve got a really good one coming your way! Jennifer Hawkins, Regional Community Economics Educator with the University of Minnesota Extension, will be the instructor, presenting “At Your Service.” The workshop will use curriculum created by the University of Minnesota and designed to engage participants in fun, thought provoking exercises and self-reflection to build the skills and knowledge to deliver great service to every customer. This content will focus on: Understanding how culture (yours and the guest’s) affects the service experience; Learn how to manage your own attitude; Develop skills to identify and respond to customer needs; Gain strategies to create positive customer experiences; and Create a personal action plan to put the new skills to work.
