    13th Annual Taste Buds & Business—March 26, 2019—5-7PM—St. James Hotel
    Mark your calendars for Taste Buds & Business on Tuesday, March 26. Don’t miss this night of fun and networking and a chance to “taste some of the best food that Red Wing has to offer!” If you haven’t attended before, here’s what to expect: the main level of the St. James Hotel will be filled with approximately 17-20 food vendors from around the area with samples of many savory delights! You go around and taste as many as you want for as long as you want…we guarantee you’ll go away with a full belly! And it’s a great chance to network with others! In addition, you’ll have the chance to win door prizes of $25 from each of the food vendors! Tickets are available from Chamber Ambassadors or at the Chamber office for $15 in advance, $25 at the door. This event historically sells out, so purchase your tickets early!
     
    Plus, we are raising funds for the Red Wing Area Food Shelf during this event. Sign your business up for our “Businesses For Food Challenge!” We are challenging any businesses that want to participate to call the Chamber at 388-4719 or email frontdesk@redwingchamber.com
    and we will set out a large see-through jar with their business name and logo on it. Throughout the night we will encourage attendees to place money in the jars of any businesses with the understanding the business will match the funds in their jar at the end of the night (up to a $100 maximum). It’s a great way for the business community to earn some recognition and donate to a great cause in our area. Some businesses have requested their jars earlier so they could place them at their businesses and start getting collections now…if you want to do that, call the Chamber office at 651-388-4719 and we’ll deliver yours early. Last year the business community raised
    $3,312 at this event for the Red Wing Area Food Shelf which equates to approximately four times that amount through purchasing through their food networks!
