Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing Ribbon Cutting for New MRI—May 1—1PM
Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing is excited to announce they have a new MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) machine. Join the Chamber Staff and Ambassadors May 1 at 1PM for a Ribbon Cutting ceremony. The ceremony will take place in the Radiology Department, on second floor, beginning at 1PM, followed by refreshments in the first floor Garden View Café. The new GE 1.5 Tesla scanner will allow imaging of bariatric patients and will offer scans of smaller extremities such as wrists and fingers. The newer technology also will help standardize imaging quality and safety procedures with Mayo Clinic in Rochester and throughout Southeast Minnesota.
