    Your instructor will be Strong First SFGI Kettlebell Instructor- Caitlin Larsen, D.P.T, C.P.T. Kettlebells offer a challenging  and efficient way to gain strength, burn more calories, and improve activation of your core, grip and rotator cuff.  They are a great option for travel or home workouts and can be adapted to any level of strength, age, and fitness. In this class, you will learn safe handling, fundamentals of technique and basic self-programming skills to start using kettlebells in your workouts.

    Red Wing YMCA 434 Main Street Wellness Center
    Date/Time Information:
    Mondays and Wednesdays beginning January 15-31 with optional Friday workouts 5:30am-6:30am
