Decoding Workers’ Compensation—March 19—7:30AM-11:30AM—SHRM Join the Hiawatha Valley Society for Human Resources Management for this educational seminar on Decoding Workers’ Compensation, Creating Better Outcomes for Employers and Employees. Every employer in Minnesota and Wisconsin is mandated to provide workers’ compensation benefits for their employees (with limited exceptions). While we cannot avoid paying for coverage, there are many ways we can help limit our annual spend on premiums and other expenses.
