Community Conversation on Poverty—May 7—5:30-7:30PM Leaders Partnering to End Poverty (LPEP) group, now called HANDS FOR HOPE, is hosting a Community Conversation on Tuesday, May 7 at River Bluff Education Center, 395 Guernsey Lane, enter Door #8. They are in the process of determining which specific direction they will take to combat poverty locally. Come and share your thoughts on the 5 issues they are considering. (Financial Literacy, Homelessness, Affordable Housing, Youth Mentoring and Opportunity Gap). This is a FREE community event open to ALL. Bring your friends, coworkers and family.
