              We’ve had at least 8+ local businesses being made aware of ADA Compliance issues in their businesses in the last few weeks and being summoned to court. As a service to our business community to assist with these issues, we are holding a special seminar on September 13, Noon-1:30PM. David Fenley, ADA/Access Coordinator, Minnesota Council on Disability will be the presenter and will focus on proactive ways to keep your business compliant and avoid legal actions.
