The theme for the 12th Annual Bling & Chocolate is Hearts & Flowers. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, come to the Goodhue County History Center to enjoy an afternoon of chocolate, wine or champagne, and jewelry! There will be both a silent and oral auction with many items to choose from for every taste. Bid on jewelry, desserts, and experiences that will make your Valentine’s Day even better!
